What Is CPP

Building Strategic Educational Alliances with Leading Organisations

Beaconhouse Malaysia is introducing a Corporate Partnership Programme designed to create meaningful, long-term collaborations with leading organisations. This initiative enables corporate partners to enhance their employee value proposition by providing access to high-quality education benefits for employees and their families, while also unlocking mutual business opportunities within the Beaconhouse ecosystem.

Corporate Partnership Programme

CPP Core Value Proposition

Enhanced Employee Benefits

Through this programme, corporate partners can offer their employees:

  • Exclusive tuition fee privileges across selected Beaconhouse schools.
  • Access to quality education pathways from Early Years to K-12.
  • A family-centric benefit that supports employees’ long-term needs.

Strategic Long-Term Partnerships

The programme is designed to go beyond transactional benefits and foster sustainable partnerships, including:

  • Co-development of educational or community initiatives.
  • Parent engagement programmes.
  • Value-added services for students and families.

Strengthening Employer Branding

In today’s competitive talent landscape, organisations are increasingly expected to offer holistic and meaningful benefits. By partnering with Beaconhouse, companies can:

  • Differentiate themselves in talent attraction and retention.
  • Enhance their Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Demonstrate commitment to family wellbeing and education.

Co-Branded Engagement Opportunities

Beaconhouse Malaysia collaborates with partners to create mutually beneficial initiatives, such as:

  • Participation in curated school programmes (e.g., Preschool engagement initiatives like 3-Day Wonder).
  • Brand visibility through educational events and community platforms.
  • Joint campaigns that align with family, education, and lifestyle segments.

Access to the Beaconhouse Ecosystem

Beyond education benefits, partners gain opportunities to engage with the broader Beaconhouse community, including:

  • Students and parents across multiple campuses.
  • School-led events, programmes, and initiatives.
  • Targeted engagement platforms within the education environment.
Corporate Tiered Benefits & Commitments

Fee Privileges Scaled to Your Organisation

To ensure a mutually beneficial partnership, Beaconhouse Malaysia offers a scaled corporate benefit framework structured around volume-based commitments. Rather than a flat corporate rate, our tiered discount architecture rewards organisations that actively drive community enrollment.

As your organisation commits to a higher bracket of verified student admissions within an academic year, the tuition fee privileges automatically scale upwards. This system allows your Human Resource and Talent Mobility departments to offer increasingly competitive education perks as part of your company's core benefits package, backed by a fully transparent, highly predictable fee schedule.
