Role Overview

Beaconhouse Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Technical Manager to lead IT operations across our schools and Regional Office. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will oversee IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, technical support, and technology projects to ensure reliable and secure IT services that support teaching, learning, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages and oversees all technical IT activities within the company
  • Provides technical oversight, expertise, and guidance to internal staff, managers, and clients

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting month-end closing and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies and payment schedules.
  • Prepare payments to vendors, government bodies, landlords, utility providers, and other stakeholders via online banking, telegraphic transfer (TT), or cheque.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and ageing reports to ensure accurate and timely payments.
