INVITATION TO TENDER

 

Beaconhouse Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites established, qualified and experienced contractors registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia to participate in the following tender:

 

TENDER DETAILS

Tender Reference: ITT/BSM-BNIS/RENOVATION/2026/001

Project: Proposed Renovation, Upgrading and Maintenance Works at School Building

Location: Cheras, Selangor

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Registered with CIDB Malaysia, Grade G4 or above, under the relevant Category B - Building Construction specialisation(s).
  • Possess a valid CIDB registration and other applicable statutory registrations/licences required for the works.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in institutional, commercial, educational or similar refurbishment and upgrading projects.
  • Demonstrate adequate financial standing, technical capability, manpower and resources to undertake and complete the works within the required timeframe.

Beaconhouse Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the eligibility and capability of tenderers.

 

TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tender documents will be available from 11 September 2026.

Tender interest / response cut-off: 15 September 2026 at 12:00 PM.

Tenderers may be required to provide their company profile and CIDB registration details prior to issuance of the tender documents.
